Those who are given the yellow code need to carry out self-health monitoring for 3 days (report any abnormality in time) and go to the designated institution for nucleic acid detection twice (the interval should be more than 24 hours). If the results are all negative, they can automatically turn to the green code. Meet the transcoding conditions, automatic transcoding failure, with relevant certificates to the local community (village), street (township) registration, for the yellow code to green code matters. If citizens find that the yellow code distribution is inaccurate, they can report the registration to their community (village) in time, and the community will summarize and review the transcoding step by step.
In order to provide timely and effective service for those who meet the conditions of changing yellow code to green code, a special sampling point for nucleic acid detection of "Su Kang code" yellow code personnel is specially set up. The details are shown in the Annex. "Su Kang code" yellow code personnel should take the initiative to register in the local community (village) and abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations. Except for those who are in the closed control area, in the observation period of centralized isolation or home isolation, other yellow code personnel need to go to special sampling points for nucleic acid sampling and testing. Personal protection is strictly done throughout the process. Do not take public transport, and keep a safe distance of 1 m from others.
