Emotional stability, mental health?

Emotional stability is a manifestation of mental health, but it is not the whole of mental health. Mental health refers to a person's stable and healthy state in cognition, emotion and behavior, which includes self-cognition, emotion management, social skills, stress management, self-realization and so on.

Emotional stability is an important aspect of mental health, which means that a person can effectively control his emotions and will not be overly excited or out of control because of external stimuli. People with stable emotions can usually cope with pressure and challenges better, keep a positive attitude more easily, and get success and happiness more easily.

However, emotional stability does not mean that a person's mental health is completely good. A person's mental health also includes many other aspects, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, inner peace and self-realization. Therefore, to maintain mental health, we need to comprehensively consider our own cognitive, emotional, behavioral and other aspects, and constantly improve our psychological quality and self-management ability.
