The difference between viscose fiber and leather

Viscose fiber is called viscose fiber for short, also called rayon and viscose filament. It refers to α -cellulose extracted from cellulose raw materials such as wood and plant straw, or man-made fiber made from cotton linters into spinning dope and then wet spinning. Viscose fiber belongs to regenerated cellulose fiber. It is made of natural cellulose through alkalization, aging, sulfonation and other processes, then dissolved in dilute alkali solution to make viscose, and then wet spinning. In recent years, a new high-grade variety called Tencel bamboo fiber has appeared in viscose fiber. Among the main textile fibers of 12, viscose fiber has the characteristics of smoothness, coolness, breathability, antistatic property and bright dyeing, which is most suitable for the physiological requirements of human skin. The fabric made of viscose fiber is soft, smooth, breathable, antistatic and brightly dyed.

Leather refers to artificial leather. Artificial leather is a plastic product, which looks and feels like leather and can be used instead of leather. Usually based on fabric, coated with synthetic resin and various plastics. In the 1980s, expensive leather clothes were beyond the reach of ordinary people. In response to market demand, imitation leather was once popular and widely used in clothing and packaging. Such imitation leather clothes and bags once flooded the streets, satisfying people's desire to wear leather clothes. Compared with leather, artificial leather is easy to wear, because it contains a lot of chemical raw materials, which is harmful to human health, and the clothes made from it gradually lose the market because it is not durable until it is replaced by other raw materials.

In a word, viscose fiber is made of natural cellulose and artificial leather is a plastic product. They are not the same thing.
