2. Provisions of several major airlines:
1, China Eastern Airlines: Older people under the age of 80 are advised to be accompanied by at least one adult when boarding the plane; Over 80 years old, not only need to be accompanied by an adult, but also need to go to a third-class first-class hospital to issue a health certificate to confirm that there is no cardiovascular disease. If there is no relevant certificate, the staff has the right to refuse transportation according to the physical condition of the elderly.

3. China Southern Airlines: As long as there are no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, you don't need to open a certificate if you can get on and off the plane freely. But if there is an accident because of the health of the elderly, the airline is not responsible.
4. Air China: There is no age limit for passengers and no medical certificate is required. However, in order to ensure the safety of travel, it is recommended to bring a health certificate issued within 96 hours before boarding, and the airlines with certificates will bear certain responsibilities for the accidents when boarding. So it's better to issue a certificate.
