According to the domestic notice, the Embassy in Myanmar further clarified the latest requirements for remote inspection of all personnel going to China, and implemented the following measures from 23: 59 on February 24, 2002/KLOC-0.
1. All personnel going to China shall be isolated and closed-loop managed and health monitored at least 14 days before departure. Chinese companies and project personnel shall be issued with relevant isolation certificates by their enterprises.
Two, who went to China for nucleic acid testing, serum IgM, IgG antibody test results are positive, shall be regarded as a past infection history (except those who hold a compliance vaccination certificate).
The above-mentioned personnel should refer to the discharge standard of novel coronavirus Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (Trial Eighth Edition), provide a diagnosis discharge certificate with lung CT or X-ray results issued by a local hospital or isolation point, and have two negative nucleic acid tests (sampling interval is at least 24 hours), and obtain a paper report. After that, isolation management and health monitoring will be carried out for 14 days.
Those who meet the above requirements can be tested for nucleic acids and serum antibodies within 48 hours before boarding. If the results of nucleic acid and antibody IgM are double negative, you can apply for health code.
3. After obtaining relevant negative certificates, all personnel going to China must immediately declare their health codes with their mobile phones or the mobile phones of fellow travelers, generate dynamic health codes, and actively cooperate with airlines for inspection. Please do not take screenshots. At the same time, you must bring the original test report for future reference.
If it is not uploaded in time, or the check time with the embassy or consulate is too short to get the health code, resulting in flight delay, all consequences will be borne by the individual.
Four, all personnel in China to apply for health code, in addition to uploading the test report, should also upload the following materials:
(a) China Company and project personnel shall upload isolation certificates;
(2) Previously infected persons must upload discharge certificates and all test reports;
(3) Other materials required by the Embassy of China in Myanmar.
5. Since June 5438+065438+1October 8 last year, the Embassy and Consulate of China in Myanmar will no longer accept applications for health codes or green QR codes of health declarations of passengers from Myanmar transiting through a third country or originating from a third country to China via Myanmar. The consequences of detention and repatriation caused by forced transfer shall be borne by individuals.
Six, all personnel going to China should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, truthfully fill in the identity, work unit, flight number, domestic contact and contact information (not the same as my contact information) and other information. If you are found to conceal your illness, tamper with the certificate, fail to comply with the isolation requirements, fabricate the work unit or even write down the hotel, the embassy will refuse to issue the health code and lock it directly, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the individual.
The situation of international flights in Myanmar also directly affects the flight plan of international flights.
