Health can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense. In a narrow sense, it is generally believed that it is not sick, which is not quite correct. True health includes good social adaptability and physical health, which can be obtained by such means as optimistic attitude, adequate sleep, moderate exercise and balanced nutrition. Physical exercise can be divided into aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise and stretching exercise. Anaerobic exercise generally refers to running, football and basketball, and advocates anaerobic exercise and stretching exercise. Jogging, swimming, cycling and other anaerobic sports are all good.
