_ Treatment method:
1. Complete real person authentication.
First of all, in order to ensure that the nucleic acid detection information matches the health code encoding and decoding information, please authenticate Hunan Electronic Health Card in time. The operation steps are as follows:
Click "Please improve my relationship" on the homepage of health card, select the health card logo that needs to be set as me, and click "Set as me". Under the instruction of the pop-up dialog box, complete face recognition authentication or WeChat real-name authentication:
2. Manage health cards
After completing the real person authentication, you can unbind the mobile phone number that is no longer used by entering from the function entrance of "Manage Health Card". Open the official WeChat account of "Hunan Resident Health Card" with WeChat, click "Health Card" to enter the home page of health card, and then click "Manage Health Card" in the Help Center at the bottom of the highlighted page:
3. Unbind the number I don't use often

Note: Only other WeChat binding information that is not set as "I" in the family member relationship can be unbound in "Manage Health Card".
