What is healthy behavior?

Discrimination of health behaviors, including:

(1) individual or group behavior orientation can benefit others and their own health;

(2) the scientificity and regularity of individual behavior, such as daily life and individual health;

(3) The explicit behavior is consistent with the internal thinking motivation;

(4) individual behavior shows tolerance and adaptation;

(5) Creativity in study and work.

As far as a person is concerned, healthy behavior can be said to be the performance of any of the above behaviors, which can be divided into explicit healthy behavior and internal healthy behavior.

Clear health behaviors, including regular and quantitative diet, proper physical exercise, no smoking, no drinking, etc. Intrinsic healthy behavior can be manifested as happy mood, harmonious relationship, unified personality, adaptation to the environment, self-awareness and so on.
