The real-name certification of health system can be revised once a year. Adults of Tencent Health System can only change their real-name authentication once a year. Those who are recognized as minors in the health system cannot change their real-name authentication before 18 years old.

The development of real-name authentication in health system

In June 2005, the General Administration of Press and Publication organized relevant departments, trade organizations, experts, educators and parents. We have jointly studied and solicited opinions extensively, and formulated the development standard of online game anti-addiction system. This system aims at the inducements for minors to indulge in online games and limits their online game time through technical means, which is one of the practical measures to implement civilized online operation and civilized online access.

In August, 2005, seven online game operators in China issued the Notice on the Development of Online Game Anti-addiction System. After the notice was issued, the participating enterprises attached great importance to it, solemnly promised to protect the health of minors and create a game environment in green grid, signed a responsibility letter for the development and use of online game anti-addiction system, and started related work. These measures have been fully affirmed by all walks of life.

In March 2006, the system development was basically completed and the trial operation began. After more than half a year's trial operation, many indexes have reached the standard requirements. In order to effectively implement the online game anti-addiction system among minors, the General Administration of Press and Publication also organized relevant parties to formulate a supporting real-name authentication scheme for the online game anti-addiction system.

On April 9, 2007, the General Administration of Press and Publication, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the Notice on Protecting the Physical and Mental Health of Minors and Implementing the Anti-addiction System of Online Games, which stipulated that the implementation of the anti-addiction system was divided into three steps. From April 15 to June 15, 2007, domestic online game enterprises should develop anti-addiction systems in original online games according to the development standards of anti-addiction systems for online games.

The system was tested from June 15 to July 15, 2007, and officially put into use on July 16, 2007.

For the game payment service provided by the same online game enterprise, the single recharge amount of users over 8 years old 16 years old shall not exceed 50, the monthly cumulative recharge amount shall not exceed 200, 16 years old or below 18 years old, the single recharge amount shall not exceed 100, and the monthly cumulative recharge amount shall not exceed 400.

The notice provides more standardized guidelines for defining the anti-addiction standards of the game industry.

The new regulations have achieved initial results, and the annual meeting of China game industry was held.
