Subject knowledge and ability
1) Understand the basic clues and trends of sports development at home and abroad, be familiar with the related knowledge and development trends in sports human science, sports humanities sociology, sports education and training, national traditional sports, and master the basic characteristics and laws of school sports development.
2) Understand the basic composition of human body structure, structural characteristics and functions of main organs and systems of human body.
3) Grasp the essence, function, purpose and means of exercise, and be familiar with the elements and structure of the exercise process.
4) Understand the origin and development of sports (track and field, gymnastics, ball games, aerobics and martial arts, etc. ), understand the organization and judging methods of different events, master the basic methods of developing physical fitness, and master different sports? Teaching organization and teaching methods of dynamic technology (textbook).
Teaching design
1) can analyze students' existing knowledge, sports skill level and students' learning needs, sort out and analyze junior middle school "Physical Education and Health" textbooks, and choose teaching content.
