Those who are determined to be willing to go out to work in non-epidemic villages shall implement the "three-sign" system signed by Baocun township cadres, village party secretaries and village doctors, and issue Nanyang health certificates for migrant workers.
Those who have no contact history with the patients diagnosed in the epidemic village and are willing to go out to work will be isolated at home for 7 days without symptoms, and the "three-sign" system will be implemented to issue health certificates for migrant workers in Nanyang City.
For those who have had contact with the confirmed patients in the epidemic village and are willing to go out to work, the system of "three signatures and two letters" will be implemented if they are asymptomatic after medical observation 14 days and isolated at home for 7 days.
