Ask about the history of hematopoietic system, liver, digestive system and kidney diseases, and understand the treatment process and course of the disease. Collect the history of tumor disease, onset time, treatment methods and effects, and the current situation of patients.
(2) Physical and mental status: Ask patients about the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, such as daily food intake, vomiting, diarrhea times, urine output, fatigue, bleeding, etc. Observe the changes of attitude and mood towards chemotherapy, whether the body fluid is insufficient and the nutritional status is lower than the physical needs. Measure vital signs, weight, check dehydration, oral ulcer, bleeding, etc. Consult relevant medical records and related auxiliary examination results.
