Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education in order to better implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education to "run schools according to law", further implement the "sunshine project" for college enrollment, standardize the enrollment work of full-time higher vocational colleges (hereinafter referred to as "enrollment work") and ensure the smooth progress of enrollment work.
Article 2 School enrollment adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, with comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 3 The enrollment types covered by the Articles of Association include students from the national unified examination in ordinary institutions of higher learning and students from the skills college entrance examination in Hubei Province.
Article 4 School enrollment shall be supervised by discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 13 A school shall set up an admissions committee, with the principal as the director, the school leaders in charge of enrollment and teaching as the deputy directors, and the members shall be composed of the presidents of secondary colleges and the heads of relevant functional departments. Its main responsibility is to study and formulate school enrollment policies and decide on major issues of school enrollment according to national and local enrollment policies and relevant regulations.
Article 14 The Admissions Office is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, responsible for the daily management related to enrollment, and undertaking the tasks of organizing and implementing enrollment publicity, consultation, selection and admission.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 15 Schools shall, according to the reality of the reform and development of higher vocational education, make overall plans for national and local economic and social development, industrial development trends, coordinated development between urban and rural areas, school development plans, conditions for running schools, employment status of graduates and other factors, and determine and declare the annual enrollment plan.
Article 16 A school shall, within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, scientifically and reasonably prepare the annual enrollment source plan according to the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the education departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the actual situation of running a school, and in combination with the preparation and use of enrollment plans of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in recent years.
Seventeenth schools to implement the dynamic adjustment mechanism of professional enrollment plan. Appropriately increase the enrollment plan for majors with good industrial development trend and high registration rate; For majors with small social needs and fewer students, the school reduces the enrollment plan.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 18 Candidates who have passed the examination of ideological, political, moral and physical health status will be admitted from high score to low score according to the principle of giving priority to professional volunteers, provided that the scores of the unified examination reach the admission control scores of the same batch and meet the requirements of the school for filing.
Article 19 All majors in the school have no foreign language requirements. If non-English language candidates are admitted to the school, English will be arranged as the first foreign language. Business English and Applied English majors require candidates to score at least 90 points in college entrance examination English.
Twentieth schools do not set the proportion of men and women in each major.
Article 21 Relevant professional requirements
1. The special plan for precision poverty alleviation in Hubei Province only recruits poor candidates (including ordinary high school students and graduates of secondary vocational schools) who have set up their cards in the Hubei Poverty Alleviation Office, and candidates fill in the professional volunteers of the special plan for precision poverty alleviation.
2. Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors only admit candidates who fill in the following professional volunteers: big data technology (Chinese-foreign cooperative education), chain operation and management (Chinese-foreign cooperative education), digital media art design (Chinese-foreign cooperative education), construction engineering technology (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) and tourism management (Chinese-foreign cooperative education).
3. Hubei air transport major (including aircrew and airport operation service and management) only accepts candidates who fill in air transport volunteers. The height of male is required to be 174 cm ~ 185 cm, and that of female is 162 cm ~ 175 cm. Regular facial features, well-proportioned figure, no obvious "O" or "X" legs; No bone and joint diseases or deformities; There are no obvious scars, tattoos and smokeless scars on the exposed parts of the body; The visual acuity (picture C) of each eye * or wearing glasses should reach 0.5 or above; No color blindness. The specialty of airport operation service and management requires good health and good facial features. Male height 172cm ~ 185cm, female height 160cm ~ 175cm.
4. Henan flight attendant major only recruits candidates who have passed the performance exam.
5. Hotel management and digital operation majors only admit candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers. They are required to be healthy and have good facial features. Male height 170cm ~ 185cm, female height 160cm ~ 175cm.
Article 22 The school's requirements for the physical conditions of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant supplementary provisions formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Chapter VI Others
Twenty-third schools in accordance with the standards approved by the Hubei Provincial Price Bureau to determine the tuition and accommodation standards. The tuition standard of each major is: Sino-foreign cooperative education 16800 yuan/year; 6,500 yuan/year for art majors; Aircrew major 6500 yuan/year; Other majors are 5000 yuan/year. Schools charge different accommodation fees according to different accommodation conditions, generally 560- 1320 yuan/person/year.
Twenty-fourth schools have various scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance; For students from poor families, a perfect financial aid system has been established, which is mainly based on student-origin loans, supplemented by national inspirational scholarships, state grants, work-study programs and temporary difficulties subsidies.
Twenty-fifth schools set up "green channels" for new students. Freshmen with financial difficulties can apply in their places of origin and apply for student loans from their places of origin. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the policies and provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall prevail.
Twenty-ninth matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office.
