I was very excited after class, so I paid attention to the official account of WeChat in the middle of the night, began to study, and planned how to transform my classroom in my mind.

The next day, I went to class and began to implement it. It's a little effective. Students will discuss with each other for a while. But here's the problem. I can't reach half of the students' discussion time at all. I feel that I have nothing to discuss with my students. I just want students to discuss the wrong questions with each other after they finish the questions.

My own reflection, the problem lies in the following aspects:

I still talk too much and take up too much time; There are not enough questions for students, and students have nothing to discuss; Insufficient preparation before class, students are still confused about knowledge and don't know how to discuss it.

Let's solve these problems like this:

Pre-task, pre-arrange tasks in advance, so as to improve the efficiency of lectures and the effectiveness of students' discussion; The setting of discussion questions should be reasonable, so that students are willing to say what they want to say.

For example, on Monday, I'm going to give a lesson on "the true meaning of freedom and equality", and I'm going to do this:

Draw knowledge points first to ensure smooth classroom; Concentrate on classroom activities, let students share in groups first, and then share on their behalf, instead of dealing with them one by one as before; Students do the questions and then discuss.

Mainly because I didn't learn well, I was still a little confused when I used it. I accept it and take it slowly, but I agree with the basic idea of class teaching, which is to return the classroom to the students.

I always talk too much and occupy the classroom. How to return the classroom to the students is also a question I have been thinking about. I think the two things that need to be done now are: putting the task ahead and choosing the problem.

I am not satisfied with my teaching recently, even very dissatisfied. I always feel that some card points have been unable to break through, and I want to realize classroom transformation, but it is very difficult.

I am a little annoyed, but I know in my heart that the emergence of the problem shows two things: first, I have raised my demands on myself, and second, I am standing next to solving the problem.
