Analysis Report on Children's Physical Health Development +0
In order to fully understand the main indicators and standards of children's health, master the nutrition and physical condition of the whole school, and promote the healthy growth of children, an inspection team composed of technical backbones of Pingchuan Town Health Center conducted a physical examination on children in our school on August 30, 20 12. Our school strictly followed the Guiding Opinions on Kindergarten Education Management in Gansu Province (Trial)? Kindergartens should give their children regular health checks? Have you seriously implemented the requirements? Physical examination once a year; Measure height and vision once every six months; Weigh once every quarter and establish a health record for each child. ? Judging from the physical examination results of town hospitals and kindergartens, the physical health of children in our school is generally good.
First, the health examination results
There are 43 children in our school, and 43 children have participated in the physical examination, and the physical examination rate is 100%. The town health center examined the children's height, weight, heart and lung, hemoglobin and nutritional status, and found that the pharyngeal swelling was 10, with a total prevalence rate of 23.8%, and 33 normal children were examined, accounting for 78.6% of the total number. Through the examination, we found that children's physical health is good, but there are also the following problems:
1. The dietary structure is unreasonable.
2. It is the poor health care awareness of rural children.
Second, the main reason analysis
First, the dietary structure is unreasonable. With the in-depth development of family planning, the number of one-child and two-child families has increased. Most parents are too fond of their children and their diet is unreasonable. Bad habits such as partial eclipse, picky eaters and snacks are common, which leads to loss of appetite or partial eclipse and affects children's health. The incidence of dental caries in children reaches 20%.
Second, rural children have poor awareness of health care. According to the survey, the rural medical and health conditions are poor, the technical level is insufficient, and rural parents lack the awareness of infant health care, especially? Left-behind children Poor nutritional status is particularly obvious.
Three. Countermeasures and suggestions
According to the current situation of our school, you can press? Four major enhancements? Strengthen the prevention and treatment of malnutrition in children and promote their healthy growth.
First, strengthen publicity and strengthen the popularization of children's nutrition knowledge and health education. Kindergartens should further strengthen the publicity of scientific parenting knowledge, and guide parents to avoid overindulging their children and enhance their nutrition and health knowledge by making columns on children's nutrition knowledge, conducting on-site consultation activities and holding lectures on scientific parenting knowledge.
The second is to strengthen guidance and vigorously advocate a balanced diet. Schools should make full use of parents' schools to hold various lectures on parenting knowledge, hire professional doctors to guide parents in scientific parenting, promote children's physical and mental development, and lay the foundation for reserving talents with both physical and mental abilities in the future.
The third is to strengthen monitoring and regularly check and register kindergarten children. Schools should incorporate children's physical examination registration into their daily work.
Fourth, strengthen control and establish and improve a long-term mechanism for monitoring and controlling children's health. The school will further increase the investment in kindergarten health funds, strengthen teacher training and improve the quality of teachers' health care services.
Analysis report on children's physical health development II
[Keywords:] Infant; Growth and development; Height; Weight; chest measurement
Height, weight and chest circumference are important indicators to reflect the human body's morphological structure and growth and development level. Usually affected by heredity, age, sex, race, season, region, nutrition, physical exercise and other factors. The development of height, weight and chest circumference can reflect the trend of human growth and development. Based on the survey data of students' physical health in Cuiping District of Yibin City in 2004, this paper analyzes the morphological development indexes of Han students in Cuiping District of Yibin City, aiming at mastering the physical condition of Han students in this area and providing theoretical reference for school physical education health education. 1 survey object and method
1. 1 interviewee
1. 1. 1 sample source and composition random cluster sampling method was used to extract 16 primary and secondary schools in Cuiping District, Yibin City. The age of the subjects is determined according to the Gregorian calendar year, and the actual age is calculated according to the examination date.
Choose from physical examination samples? Normal? The physical examination results exclude Han male and female students, aged 7 ~ 15. ? Normal? Students: refers to the students who can engage in various physical exercise activities, have good physical development and are healthy, so as to ensure the representativeness of the sample.
The effective sample size of 1. 1.2 is 10 982, including 582/kloc-0 for urban boys and 2 523 for girls. There are 2,746 boys and 902 girls in rural areas.
1.2 survey method
Press 1.2. 1? A survey of students' physical health in China? Unified detection method manual, all instruments have been calibrated.
1.2.2 In order to ensure the consistency and continuity of the survey content, height, weight and chest circumference are selected as indicators of the growth and development law of Han students in this area. In the investigation, in order to ensure the quality of test data, both testers and subjects were trained to ensure the consistency of test methods. Before the investigation, testers should learn to use instruments, master testing methods, and assign special personnel to measure various indicators to reduce errors. The inspection and acceptance scheme of test data is also strictly regulated to ensure data quality.
1.3 data analysis The input of the original data was completed by the school health team of Cuiping District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Yibin City. Statistical analysis contents: ① Calculate the correlation coefficients of mean, standard deviation, standard error, coefficient of variation, annual growth value, annual growth rate and height and weight according to urban and rural areas, gender and age, and list regression equations to reflect the current situation of students' physical health; ② Calculate the annual growth rate of indicators of various categories and age groups.

2. 1.65438+
2. 1.2 General situation of morphological development
2. 1 .2.1.7 ~1.5-year-old students' height, weight and chest development index increase with age (table1). The average curve of height and weight of men and women has crossed twice; The height of urban and rural boys aged 9 ~ 12 is lower than that of girls, but significantly higher than that of girls aged 13 ~ 15. The weight of urban boys is obviously higher than that of girls, and the weight of rural girls is higher at the age of113 and lower at the age of 14 ~ 15. 12 ~ 14-year-old urban girls' chest circumference is larger than that of boys, and 15-year-old urban girls' chest circumference is smaller than that of boys. Before 1 1 years old, the chest circumference of rural boys was larger than that of rural girls, and that of rural girls aged 12 ~ 15 years old was larger than that of rural boys. 7 ~ 15 years old, the total height growth values of urban men and women and rural men and women are 44.3, 34.3, 39.5 and 3 1. 1cm respectively, the weight growth values are 32.3, 25.7, 24.7 and 22.4 kg respectively, and the total chest circumference growth values are 20.4 kg respectively.
2. 1.2.2 table 1 and table 2 show that the average height range of urban boys aged 7 ~ 15 is121.9 ~166.2cm, 7 ~/kloc-0. The average height range of rural boys aged 7 ~ 15 is 120.5 ~ 160.0 cm, 7 ~121.1~152.2 cm.
The average weight of urban boys aged 7 ~ 15 ranged from 23.3~55.6 kg, urban girls aged 7 ~ 15 ranged from 23.2 to 48.91kg, and rural boys aged 7 ~ 15 ranged from 22.9 to 47.6 kg and from 7 to 65433 kg.
The height of male and female students in rural areas is 1 1 ~ 12 years old. The average height of female students is higher than that of male students (but the difference is not obvious), and the growth curves cross for the first time. /kloc-After 0/3 years old, the average height of boys is higher than that of girls, and it is the second crossing (Figure 3).
Two crossing phenomena of height growth curves of rural students in Cuiping District of Yibin City.
2.3.2 Weight and chest circumference From the comparison of the average weight of urban boys and girls in Figure 4, it can be seen that there is no obvious secondary crossing of the growth curve; The average weight of urban boys is greater than that of girls.
However, the average bust of urban boys and girls and rural boys and girls has crossed twice, and the time of the first crossing and the second crossing is later than the height 1 ~ 2 years (Figure 5, Figure 6 and Figure 7).
Girls surpass boys for the first time, indicating that girls have begun to have a sudden increase in puberty, and boys have begun to have a sudden increase in puberty for the second time. After that, boys reach a higher level than girls in height, weight and chest circumference, and urban boys and girls reach puberty earlier than rural girls.
Judging from the annual growth rate of growth and development, the growth and development speed of children aged 7 ~ 15 shows a wave-like change. Growth and development are slow at the beginning of school age, reaching the peak in adolescence, and then the growth rate slows down with age (tables 3 and 4). The survey also found that students' development was obviously ahead of schedule, and the sudden increase of girls' growth and development was advanced to 9 years old, and the growth and development of boys also increased from 12 to 13 years old (tables 3 and 4).
3 discussion
The survey objects were taken from 16 schools in Cuiping District, Yibin City, with wide distribution and good representativeness. The height, weight and chest circumference of students aged 7- 15 can basically represent the growth and development of children aged 7- 15 in Cuiping District of Yibin City.
Judging from the annual growth rate of growth and development, the growth and development speed of children aged 7 ~ 15 in this area shows a wave-like change. The growth and development of preschool children is slow, reaching the peak in adolescence, and then the growth rate slows down with age [1]. Girls are earlier than boys, which is basically consistent with the development law of children in other parts of China [2 ~ 4].
The survey found that the average level of physical development of children aged 7 ~ 15 in Cuiping District of Yibin City was lower than that of the same population in China. On the one hand, this phenomenon may be related to natural environmental factors in Sichuan. According to Lin Wansheng's research report, the growth and development level is highly significantly positively correlated with the latitude of the earth, annual sunshine hours and annual temperature difference (r = 0.62-0.67, P < 0.0 1), and negatively correlated with annual average temperature, annual precipitation and average relative humidity (r =-0.42-0.53, P < 0.05). On the other hand, the social and economic conditions in Sichuan are at a low level in the whole country. Italian scholar Ulizzi( 1982) reported that the height of conscripts increases linearly with the per capita annual income. The height of soldiers increased by 10cm, and their annual income increased by 3500 lira, which shows that the improvement of social and economic conditions has a strong effect on the level of growth and development [6].
The survey found that the growth curve of the average weight of male and female students aged 7 ~ 15 in Cuiping District of Yibin City did not obviously cross twice. The average weight of urban boys aged 7 ~ 15 is greater than that of girls. This phenomenon may be related to the fact that urban girls value thinness and girls of all ages want to lose weight. In view of this situation, it is suggested that the education department should implement the concept of taking health as beauty from primary and secondary schools and strengthen nutrition education, focusing on parents (such as holding:? Parent school? ), students (including nutrition education in school health education courses) and school doctors (such as school nutrition education teacher training); At the same time, guide parents to establish a scientific dietary system for students to achieve a balanced intake of calories and various nutrients [6].
The investigation found that the growth and development of children aged 7 ~ 15 years in Cuiping District of Yibin City was obviously advanced, the growth and development of girls was accelerated to 9 years old, and that of boys was greatly increased from 12 years old to 13 years old.
Growing up too early and too fast will bring a series of physical and psychological doubts and puzzles to students. Due to the growth of height and weight, people demand more living space, classrooms, houses, vehicles and various public facilities, as well as larger clothes and furniture and more food supply, so it is bound to consume more resources, and the increase of resource consumption will inevitably lead to the increase of environmental pollution. At the same time, even children are by no means the higher the better. Physiological function and sports quality will not automatically improve with the height of the child, but need the coordinated and balanced development of the functions of various organs. In fact, with the lifestyle in recent years. How much static, how much dynamic? Changes, lack of physical exercise, many children's respiratory and circulatory functions are slow, and lean body weight components are mainly used to overcome physical load, which has no practical effect. In recent 10 years, the overall functional quality level of students in China has not improved, which is largely related to this [6]. Adults are used to judging children's behavior by their height. Although the child is tall, he is still childlike, and his intelligence and psychology are not beyond his age. Under excessive demands and pressures, they are prone to various psychological and behavioral problems. Secondly, contrary to the advance trend of sexual development, the marriage age of young children is constantly pushed back due to social needs (such as further studies), resulting in long? Sexual waiting period? . Due to the early arrival of adolescence, it is required to start sex education earlier, so we will have to modify the teaching plan and advance the adolescent education curriculum from junior high school to primary school; Because of the early sexual development, the interval between sexual maturity (physical adulthood) and social and cultural adulthood increases, thus increasing the difficulty of adaptation to adolescence; The contradiction between precocity and late marriage may lead to more teenage pregnancies and unmarried pregnancies and a series of medical, social and legal problems arising therefrom. The combined effects of early sexual development, delayed menopause and increased body fat rate lead to the doubling of the incidence of some hormone-derived tumors (uterine fibroids, breast cancer, ovarian tumors, etc.). [7]. At present, the relevant education in schools is relatively backward. In view of this situation, it is suggested that the education department should start psychological education from primary and secondary schools and add psychological teachers to each school. School health education affects people's whole life cycle. It is suggested that the education department should speed up the integration and infiltration of school health education and change students' behavior in the process of quality education curriculum reform, so as to promote physical and mental health and improve the quality of life.
