Homecooking recipes: stir-fried pork, stir-fried beef, stir-fried shrimp, steamed squid with vermicelli, and shrimp with garlic.

4. Steamed squid with vermicelli

Sliced fresh squid. Put oil in a clean pot, first add half a garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add salt to the pot and stir-fry a few times, then pour it into the plate. Stir-fry the remaining garlic with salad oil in the pan. Put oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and monosodium glutamate into a bowl, then pour in fresh squid and mix well, put it on vermicelli, steam for 4 minutes, take out steamed fish and soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion and red pepper, and finally pour in hot oil.

5. Shrimp with garlic on its back

Wash shrimp. Cut off the shrimp's feet and head, cut it in the middle, and don't cut its tail. Ok, wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp intestines, and stand the shrimp line with the tail up. Chop garlic. Heat vegetable oil, add half garlic and fry until yellow, pour in raw garlic, add salt and chicken powder and mix well to get oily garlic. Spread garlic oil evenly on the shrimp.
