I. Management and service measures for personnel entering Guangxi and Liuzhou
(a) the red code personnel found, in situ detention, centralized isolation (under special circumstances, with the consent of the application community, can be isolated at home for medical observation), prohibit social mobility, hospitals to sample nucleic acid and travel; When the yellow code personnel need to go out because of special circumstances such as medical treatment, they can apply for limited access through Guangxi health code system under the condition of wearing masks and other personal protective measures to avoid taking public transport; Except for red team and yellow code, personnel with green code are allowed to move freely when taking personal protective measures such as wearing masks.
(2) Persons who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days shall be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days after arriving in Guangxi (centralized isolation 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days, with 1 nucleic acid detection respectively). The management period starts from the date of leaving the risk area.
(3) Those who have lived in the middle-risk area for 7 days will be observed at home for 7 days after arriving in Guangxi (1, 4 and 7 days respectively, and 1 nucleic acid detection will be conducted); Those who do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation and do not accept the management requirements that cohabitants are not allowed to go out can implement centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from the date of leaving the risk area.
(4) Those who have lived in a low-risk area for 7 days should complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Guangxi (nucleic acid tests should be carried out in 1 and 3 days, and health monitoring should be done before the results of the two tests come out).
(5) It is suggested that those who return to Guangxi from counties (cities, districts and banners) without local epidemic situation outside Guangxi should take the initiative to test 1 nucleic acid within 24 hours of their arrival in Guangxi.
(6) The management of personnel in high, medium and low risk areas in the area shall be implemented with reference to the health management measures for personnel returning to Guangxi outside the area, and personnel in epidemic-free areas shall pass by health code and green code within 7 days. People from 8 counties (cities, districts) on the border who cross counties (cities, districts) must travel with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
(seven) the public security organs will investigate the legal responsibility of those who deliberately conceal, fail to report as required or refuse to cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures.
