When was the hospital logistics management training held in Shenzhen?

On August 27th, Shenzhen University General Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the General Hospital) held the training for middle-level managers of the hospital in 2022. This training is undertaken by Shenzhen Health Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Health Education Center), aiming at improving the ability and comprehensive quality of middle-level managers in administrative and business departments of general hospitals, improving the management level of modern hospitals and helping the high-quality development of hospitals. Middle-level managers of the whole hospital attended the training on site, and hospital leaders attended the training meeting. Chai Jinlong, secretary of the Party Committee of the General Hospital, delivered an opening speech, Wang Kun, deputy director of the Municipal Health Education Center, delivered a speech on behalf of the superior unit, and Gong Peng, vice president of the General Hospital, made a concluding speech.

Chai Jinlong first conveyed the spirit of the meeting held by his superiors and explained the brilliant achievements made by Shenzhen University in discipline construction and personnel training in the past ten years, as well as the future development goals of Shenzhen University and the specific measures to achieve them, which greatly encouraged the cadres who participated in the training. At the same time, Secretary Chai put forward three requirements for the cadres participating in the training: First, the heads of various departments and departments should further carry forward the profound spirit of "self-reliance, self-discipline and self-improvement" and "down-to-earth, self-improvement", face up to difficulties and challenges, and strengthen their responsibilities and responsibilities; Second, we must adhere to the combination of learning and application and effectively improve the effectiveness of practical work. All departments should combine what they have learned in this training to formulate the development plan of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" of their own departments, and the responsible persons of all functional departments should firmly establish the sense of service, improve the management level and work efficiency, provide strong service support for the clinical frontline, and form a strong synergy; Third, identify the role, play a leading role, lead the discipline construction, actively promote the work of various departments, contribute to the completion of the "14 th Five-Year Plan" of the General Hospital, and make due contributions to the establishment of a "double-class" university in Shenzhen University.
