The person who enters the Luofu code opens the Alipay applet of "Shiyuban", clicks the health code, and enters the health code transcoding registration page. You need to apply for a complaint about yellow code transcoding entrance, and upload personal commitment letter, front and back of ID card, screenshot of travel card, screenshot of health code (uploaded at the community accreditation office) and the negative report of "three days and two inspections" as required. After approval, the yellow code will turn into a green code.
