The ingredients for cooking roasted anchovies are:

The practice is as follows:

1. Treatment of anchovies: Wash anchovies, remove internal organs, cut off fins and bones, make several cuts on both sides of the fish with a knife, and then brush the fish with olive oil.

2. Pickled anchovies: Mix a proper amount of salt, black pepper, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Apply the prepared marinade to both sides of the fish, including the belly and back of the fish. If you have time, you can marinate the fish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the marinade can soak the fish better.

3. Roast anchovies: Place anchovies on a baking tray and decorate with lemon and rosemary. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the prepared baking tray in the oven. Start baking. The time depends on the size of the fish, which takes about 20-25 minutes. It is suggested to pay attention to the surface condition of anchovies. If it is burnt, you can take the baking tray out of the oven and change its position.

4. Delicious: After baking, you can take out the anchovies, then put them on a big plate and sprinkle rosemary and lemon on the surface. The aroma and taste are combined and delicious.
