Notice of Cixi Vocational and Technical Training Appraisal Center

Cixi Vocational and Technical Training Appraisal Center is a subordinate institution of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau. Due to work needs, we are now openly recruiting 1 supernumerary personnel (temporary workers) for the society. The specific matters are announced as follows:

I. Recruitment positions

Mainly engaged in professional skill appraisal related work.

Second, the recruitment conditions

1, law-abiding, good conduct, decent style, excellent in character and learning;

2. Love your job and have good professional ethics and professionalism;

3. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering, under 30 years old (born after1978 August 3 1 day), registered in this city;

4. Good health.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

Applicants should bring their ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate (graduates of 2008 hold graduation certificate or graduate employment recommendation form), academic certificate, professional and technical qualification or professional title certificate, computer grade certificate and other materials 1 copy, relevant social work experience certificate, and two recent bareheaded two-inch color photos to the office of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, and fill out the Employment Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Unemployed Persons in Cixi Vocational and Technical Training and Appraisal Center.

(2) Qualification examination

The Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau shall examine the qualifications of candidates and determine the written examiners.

(3) written examination

The Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau organizes written examination, and according to the written examination results, the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3.

(4) Interview

According to the written test results plus interview results (each accounting for 50% of the total score), the hiring personnel are determined.

(5) Physical examination

After passing the medical examination, the municipal vocational and technical training and appraisal center shall handle the contract signing and other formalities for the employer, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself.

Fourth, welfare benefits.

The probation period is three months in accordance with the welfare benefits stipulated in the Notice of the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau on Further Strengthening the Management of supernumerary employment.
