(3) Food production license;

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations that engage in specific activities and need to obtain administrative license according to law shall apply to the administrative organ. If the application needs to be in a format, the administrative organ shall provide the applicant with the format text of the application for administrative license. The format text of the application shall not contain any content that is not directly related to the application for administrative license.
The applicant may entrust an agent to file an application for administrative license. However, unless the applicant should apply for an administrative license at the office of the administrative organ according to law.
The application for administrative license can be made by letter, telegram, telex, fax, electronic data interchange and e-mail.
Second, what are the conditions for running a slaughterhouse?
1, the transportation is convenient, the water source is sufficient, the water quality meets the national drinking water standard, there is no harmful pollution source in the surrounding environment, and it is far away from residential areas, public places and water source protection areas;
2. Slaughtering processing area and living area are set separately, and the slaughtering process meets the hygiene requirements and shall not be cross-contaminated;
3. Livestock to be slaughtered, isolation ring for sick animals, slaughter room, viscera sorting room, emergency slaughter room, harmless treatment of dead animals and sewage treatment facilities;
4, the ground, dado made of non-toxic materials, waterproof, easy to wash and disinfect;
5, equipped with hemp, slaughter, crane, lighting equipment, special containers and vehicles;
6, equipped with inspection equipment, inspection tools, disinfection facilities and disinfection drugs;
7. Equipped with inspectors who have passed the examination by the provincial administrative department of commodity circulation and hold the Slaughtering Inspector Certificate and slaughter workers who have passed the training and hold certificates.
