The general health certificate is valid for one year, that is, the health certificate will be invalid if it is not taken for one year. However, the validity period of health certificate has different requirements for people with different jobs. Personnel engaged in the production and operation of food and drinking water, cosmetics producers, and personnel who directly serve customers in public places. Anyone who suffers from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery and typhoid fever (except pathogen carriers), active pulmonary tuberculosis, purulent or exudative dermatosis and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in the work of not being allowed to touch the food of direct people or directly serving customers before being cured. Personnel engaged in food production and marketing, personnel who supply and manage drinking water, and production personnel of cosmetics production enterprises; People who directly serve customers in hotels, cafes, bars, teahouses, public bathrooms, barbershops, beauty salons and swimming pools have a physical examination once a year. Personnel who directly serve foreign customers have a physical examination every two years.
Process of handling health certificate:
1, go to the hospital to get a health certificate, get a physical examination form, fill in relevant contents and pay relevant fees; Among them, the physical examination place: the local disease prevention and control center or the medical and health institution approved by the health administrative department to undertake preventive health examination. If this work is carried out without approval, the health supervision institution will not accept the health examination form issued by it and will not issue a health certificate;
2. Health check-up, including blood collection, stool swab test, routine medical check-up of internal surgery and chest X-ray, and completing all physical check-up items;
3. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, a health certificate shall be issued after passing the training on health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions;
4. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate will not be issued.
To sum up, it is necessary to take blood samples to guess the health certificate, which is usually done on an empty stomach before 9 am every day; Avoid strenuous exercise, drinking and eating meat before physical examination, so as not to affect the results of liver function test.

Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
