What is the quality of waterborne particleboard?

The glue used in the production of water-based Tianke board is polyurethane modified biomass glue independently developed by Tianke. The formaldehyde-free particleboard contains no benzene and volatile organic compounds, and has good processability.

Moreover, the use of environmentally-friendly moisture-proof glue improves the moisture-proof performance of the board. After absorbing water, the expansion coefficient of the board is much smaller than that of ordinary particleboard, and the internal shavings have uniform structure, flat surface, no warping deformation and excellent physical properties.

Particleboard is not easy to catch fire, burn and carbonize when it meets fire or high temperature in the air. When the fire source is removed, the combustion or micro-combustion will stop immediately. Excellent flame retardant performance, high strength, fine and smooth surface.

Wood shavings are evenly distributed, difficult to deform and easy to process, and other physical and chemical properties are equally excellent. Free formaldehyde and total volatile organic compounds completely meet the requirements of green, environmental protection and healthy life.
