1. Second, domestic citizens who have lived abroad for more than three months, as well as overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots who have been approved to settle or work in China, must produce health certificates (including serological examination of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases) issued by health and quarantine organs or public hospitals in their countries or regions. Those who do not have a health certificate shall go to the health and quarantine organ for health examination after entering the country. The public security organ in the place of residence shall give assistance and persuade him to have a physical examination.
Three, approved to go abroad for labor, study abroad, settle down and other people who have gone abroad for more than one year, before going abroad, to the health and quarantine organ for health examination, vaccination and issue a health certificate. When the above-mentioned personnel leave the country, the health and quarantine organ shall issue a health certificate, and if there is no health certificate, a new health certificate shall be issued.
