Pork raiders
Pork, also called dolphin meat, is the meat of pigs. Its taste is sweet and salty, and it is rich in protein and nutrients such as fat, carbohydrate, calcium, iron and phosphorus. Pork is the main non-staple food in daily life and one of the important animal foods on the table. Because the fiber is soft, the connective tissue is less, and the muscle tissue contains more intermuscular fat, so the meat tastes particularly delicious after being cooked.
Fresh pork is compact, elastic and thin. Fat and tender, white and shiny. Lean meat is reddish, shiny and non-sticky. Stale meat is dull, dark red, soft, inelastic, sticky and smelly.
