Can't I connect the Huawei sports bracelet after changing my mobile phone?

If the bracelet is already connected to another mobile phone, you can't connect it when changing the connection of the mobile phone. Please try the following methods:

1. Restart Huawei Wearable app, turn off and turn on Bluetooth of mobile phone, and click the Bluetooth name connection of bracelet in Huawei Wearable app device management interface.

2. When the bracelet is connected to another mobile phone, the mobile phone cannot search for the bracelet. Please disconnect the bracelet from other mobile phones as follows:

Method 1: Uninstall Huawei Wear app on other mobile phones.

Method 2: Open Huawei Wear app on other mobile phones, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, select Device Management, slide the icon of the device to be deleted to the left, and click the Delete button to delete the paired device.

Open Huawei Wear app on iOS phone, select the device in the lower right corner, slide the bracelet icon to the left, and click the delete button to delete the device on Huawei Wear app. Settings in mobile phone > in bluetooth, click the circle with exclamation mark after the bluetooth name of the previously paired bracelet, click ignore this device, and turn off and turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone again.
