What's the difference between mental fragility and mental health?

As a child expert, I have always been very concerned about the mental health of children in modern society. I think there are many reasons why children are generally psychologically fragile nowadays.

First of all, the expectations of children in modern society are getting higher and higher, which brings great pressure to children. These pressures come from parents, teachers, classmates and social environment. In this case, children often become too sensitive to bear a little criticism.

Secondly, the entertainment and lifestyle of modern society are increasingly dependent on the virtual world, which leads to children's relatively weak social and communication skills. Children who lack social and communication skills are often more likely to feel lonely, helpless and vulnerable.

Third, parents and educational institutions also have problems with the way their children are educated. Some parents spoil their children too much, and constantly give them rewards and encouragement, which makes them form a mentality of relying too much on external recognition. However, some schools overemphasize "achievement first" and neglect children's personality development and mental health.

Finally, the information explosion in modern society makes children face more negative information, such as bullying, violence, pornography and so on. This information brings psychological harm and fear to children, making them more vulnerable and sensitive.

To sum up, many problems in modern society lead to great challenges for children's mental health. We need to adopt various ways, including improving educational methods, strengthening family education, enhancing social responsibility, and creating a healthier growth environment for children.
