Article 26 Food safety standards shall include the following contents:
(1) Provisions on the limits of pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, biotoxins, heavy metals and other pollutants harmful to human health in food, food additives and food-related products;
(2) Variety, scope of use and dosage of food additives;
(three) the nutritional requirements of the main and supplementary foods for infants and other specific groups;
(4) Labels, signs and instructions related to food safety requirements such as hygiene and nutrition;
(5) Other contents for which food safety standards need to be formulated.
Measures for the administration of health food
Twenty-first health food labels and instructions must comply with the relevant national standards and regulations, and indicate the following contents:
(1) It has health care function and is suitable for people;
(2) Functional components or symbolic components and their contents;
(three) eating methods and proper food and precautions;
(4) storage method;
(5) product standard number;
(six) special suitable crowd labeling;
(seven) the production batch number and validity period (shelf life).
