Shandong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention is a public welfare institution affiliated to the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, with Shandong Academy of Preventive Medicine, Shandong Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, Shandong Health Inspection and Testing Center, Shandong AIDS Prevention and Control Center, and School of Public Health and Health Management of Shandong First Medical University as its brands, as the core technical institution for food safety risk monitoring and the technical guidance center for disease prevention and control in the whole province.
At present, the center has more than 40 high-level talents such as Taishan scholars, young experts of Taishan scholars, experts with special allowances from the State Council, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the National Health and Wellness Commission, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from Shandong Province, Qilu Health and Wellness Talent Project, nearly 40 doctoral supervisors and part-time professors, and more than 20 members of national professional committees or academic groups.
Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Infectious Disease Prevention 1 each, Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Medical and Health 1 each, and 7 key disciplines in Shandong Province. At the same time, it has the only BSL-3 laboratory in Shandong Province, the provincial bacteria (virus) species preservation center, the Shandong central laboratory of the national pathogen identification network and the AIDS confirmation center laboratory, and 40 secondary laboratories for biosafety, with a total value of 2.3.
It has four national qualifications for testing and inspection institutions and four provincial qualifications 1.
It has passed the laboratory accreditation project of Class 36 1439 of China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment and Class 36 1439 of China National Certification and Accreditation Administration.
Second, the recruitment position and number of people
According to the Notice of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Open Recruitment of Provincial Institutions in 2023 (Lu Renshe Fa [2022] No.23) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Shandong Province (Lu Renshe Gui [2022] No.2), combined with the needs of work, our center plans to openly recruit 9 junior posts for the society. Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions
1, with China nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;
3. Good conduct;
4. Meet the requirements of academic qualifications, degrees and majors. (see annex for details), and have the professional skills or skills required for the post;

6. The age should be under 40 years old (1born after February 24, 982);
7. Graduates of the class of 2023 must obtain academic qualifications, degrees and related certificates before July 3, 20231; Other applicants must obtain nationally recognized academic qualifications, degrees and related certificates before February 24, 2023.

(2) Post conditions

(3) Servicemen who are not graduates of the class of 2023 are not allowed to apply.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from the Party, those who have been expelled from public office, and those who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.
Candidates are not allowed to apply for posts that fall under the circumstances stipulated in the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065 438+09] 1).
(4) Returned students who have obtained foreign academic qualifications must also provide foreign academic certificates and degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Four. Recruitment procedure
(A) release recruitment information
Click the registration link to register through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (/wsjkw.shandong.gov.cn/) and the website of the Shandong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (/www.sdcdc.cn), and the center will arrange a special person to be responsible for the qualification examination.
Applicants should truthfully fill in personal information in strict accordance with the requirements of job conditions.
Each person is limited to one post, and the sender is disqualified.
Those who maliciously register the registration information and disturb the registration order will be disqualified once verified.
The performance of candidates during the application period will be one of the important contents of open recruitment inspection.
Applicants are required to sign the Letter of Commitment on Credibility of Staff in Institutions (see Annex 2 for details), and scan the electronic version and upload it to the registration system as required.
After the registration, if the number of applicants does not reach the specified proportion, it is planned to recruit 1 person and cancel the recruitment position; If it is planned to recruit more than 2 people (inclusive), the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion.
4. Qualification examination: The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process.

(3) Examination
The examination is divided into interview and written examination. After the interview, the written examination is conducted, and the score is calculated by using the percentage system.
