3. The real-name management data of workers on the construction site are collected through detailed registration one by one, and each construction team cooperates with the project department to register and check. Those who enter the site through complicated procedures such as pre-declaration in Beijing, on-site registration, checking the monitoring information of their origin, on-site temperature detection, admission education and isolated observation are not allowed to go out. The project department will make red and blue badges according to the professional teams, shifts and time periods (batches) of the laborers. Those without badges are not allowed to enter the construction site, and those who go out privately are not allowed to enter the site for the second time.
4. Newly-entered laborers must carry out supervised medical isolation observation for 14 days continuously, and full-time health workers shall monitor their body temperature and physical condition in the morning and evening, and shall not visit posts or dormitories, and make records. During the period of medical observation, in principle, you shall not leave the construction site without special circumstances. If it is really necessary to leave during medical observation, it must be reported to the project department, which will report the relevant situation to the local community and streets. During the period of supervised medical observation, once symptoms such as fever, fatigue and dry cough are found, they must immediately report to the local community and street, and assist them to go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution for treatment.
5, the construction site closed management, clearly distinguish between construction areas and non-construction areas. All operators must go through the only construction channel to enter the construction area.
6. The construction team should report the basic situation of the workers to the security department of the project department before the workers enter the site, including name, gender, native place, nationality, political outlook, ID number, education level, job type, home address, current residence, isolation investigation, physical condition, etc.
7. The Project Department shall make and issue the badge in time within 2 days after the operators register and enter the site, and establish or supplement the corresponding personnel roster within 3 days after the operators enter the site. The personnel roster should reflect the basic information of personnel, and clearly indicate the entry and exit time of personnel.
8. If the operator loses his badge, he should report to the project department in time after verifying the information in detail, and be responsible for completing the relevant data connection. Operators must swipe their cards in and out of the construction area, and the attendance record of swiping cards is an important basis for their salary payment and labor dispute handling.
9, homework personnel at the end of the project work, before leaving the project, the badge to the team leader, shall not be lent to others, lost badge must promptly notify the project department director for the record, to prevent others from using the badge to enter the site. After the workers leave the site, the project department should indicate their departure time in the personnel roster, indicate the salary settlement in the employee registration form, and input the departure time in the migrant workers information system in time.
