What is the correct order of eating?

Among all kinds of foods, the main component of fruit is fructose, which is directly absorbed by the small intestine without being digested by the stomach. Rice, pasta, meat and other foods containing starch and protein ingredients need to stay in the stomach for an hour or two, or even longer.

As for eating dessert or fruit immediately after a meal, the biggest harm is that it will interrupt and hinder the digestive process in the body. Food in the stomach is perishable and decomposed into alcohol and vinegar by bacteria, resulting in stomach gas and gastrointestinal diseases.

The biggest problem of drinking soup after meals is to dilute the gastric acid needed for food digestion. Therefore, it is most taboo to drink soup while eating, or make rice with soup or drink a big bowl of soup after meals. This will easily hinder normal digestion.

The correct order of eating should be: soup, vegetables, rice, meat, dessert and fruit in half an hour.
