What habits can make people live longer? What is good for health?

My great-grandmother lived to be 9 1 year old, and my grandmother lived to be 86 years old. Both of them lived a long life. I think there are many factors for longevity. Let's talk about my opinion.

1, genetic. Longevity is related to parents' heredity. Surveys show that people who live long live long. The main factor affecting physical fitness is heredity. Some people are born with good physique and have no genetic diseases, so they live long.

2. Family conditions. Some people don't have enough to eat at home when they are young. Of course, they are weak and weak, so they are easy to catch diseases. Of course, the more you eat, the better Some people have good conditions at home and eat too much sugar and meat, leading to obesity or physical imbalance, which will lead to other diseases in the future.

3. The natural environment where you grew up. Everyone says that soil and water will feed one side, mainly depending on water quality and soil. There is an ancient well in our village, where all the villagers draw water to drink. The water is sweet and delicious, warm in winter and cool in summer. Some experts have tested the water quality and found that there are many trace elements in it, which is exactly what the human body needs. So is the soil. Crops and grains planted in clean and pollution-free soil are suitable for everyone to eat.

4, the diet should be balanced. The better you eat, the better your health. For example, shark's fin bird's nest used to be very precious, but now many people can afford it, but shark's fin bird's nest has no nutrition. Cheap fish can also supplement human protein, and eating earth eggs can also supplement the nutrition of eating bird's nest.

The human body needs six nutrient elements (1) sugar (carbohydrate), (2) oil, (3) protein, (4) vitamins, (5) water and (6) inorganic salts.

Most people can basically achieve a balanced diet as long as they are not picky eaters and eat all kinds of vegetables. A few people may lack some vitamins and minerals. Like the more common vitamin C, vitamin E and calcium.

5. Have a good attitude. Generally speaking, it refers to a peaceful state of mind, without joy or sadness. Few people can achieve the goal of not being happy with things and not being sad for themselves. This is a realm. Generally, when you get older, you look down on everything. Therefore, it is not superstitious to read more books on Buddhism and Taoism. In fact, most Buddhist and Taoist books are psychological books, which teach you to see the meaning of life clearly, don't live in pain, but take it easy. Nine times out of ten, life is not satisfactory. You don't want the future and you're not afraid of it. Only by focusing on the present can we live comfortably.

6. Pay attention to hygiene and do a good job in disease prevention. Some people say that people living in dirty places have strong resistance, which is true. But for example, if you walk on a thorny road with shoes on or on a clean concrete road with bare feet, which is better? The living environment is dirty and the body has strong resistance, but the probability of getting sick is also high.

So let yourself live in a clean environment, especially the domestic water must not be polluted, and the staple food rice flour must meet various standards.

7. Exercise. Need long-term exercise, do not need strenuous exercise. Many jobs are actually physical exercise, such as farming, working in construction sites and working in factories (sedentary is not good). Modern medicine has proved that moderate exercise can increase the interleukin in the blood, thus enhancing the activity of natural killer cells, eliminating viruses and cancer cells, and prompting the body to release excitatory stress hormones, thus achieving the purpose of improving human immunity.

8. Moderate alcohol and tobacco. Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, and excessive drinking is bad for health, but there is no scientific proof that smokers live shorter than non-smokers. I think as long as they are moderate.

9, suitable for drinking water, do not drink water often and rarely drink water. In fact, the human body is a very complicated factory, and general diseases can be cured by the human body itself. Various antibodies in the human body destroy invading bacteria and viruses every day, but most of them need to be eliminated from urine after being eliminated. Therefore, if you drink water in moderation, the organs in the human body will operate normally and the toxins in the body will be discharged in time. But drinking too much water is not good, just a moderate amount.
