The basic meaning of quality
Quality is a concrete manifestation of a person's thoughts and behaviors in social life. In society, quality is generally defined as. A person's cultural level, physical health, and family inherited from their own inertial thinking ability and insight into things, management ability and IQ, EQ and vocational skills.
The origin of quality is the level of communication and the grade of impression conveyed, which can be divided into professional quality and social quality. Interpersonal communication can be divided into peer communication, cross-level communication, one-way communication, one-on-one group communication, developmental communication, friendship between friends, friendship between interests, generalization, gang attack, scholar's mouth, intimidation and so on.
People's quality includes natural quality, psychological quality and cultural quality. Quality is only the physiological condition of people's psychological development, and it can't determine people's psychological content and development level. People's psychological activities are developed by combining genetic quality with environmental education.
But once people's quality is formed, it has the characteristics of internal relative stability. Therefore, people's quality is an internal and relatively stable physical and mental organizational structure and its quality level, which is based on people's innate endowment and formed and developed under the influence of acquired environment and education.
