All foreigners who come to Iraq, people from other provinces and people who have lived in Iraq outside the city should report the information to the destination villages, units and hotels in Iraq three days in advance.
When entering Iraq, check the body temperature, health code, travel code and negative certificate of nucleic acid test. 1. Insist on point-to-point closed-loop transportation for people from abroad, and implement the control measures of "14 days centralized isolation +7 days home health monitoring +7 times nucleic acid detection";
2. The control measures of "14 days of centralized isolation +7 days of home health monitoring +7 times of nucleic acid detection" shall be implemented for those who have lived in the towns where high-risk areas are located;
3. For those who have lived in counties and cities where high-risk areas are located, the control measures of "14 days home isolation +5 times nucleic acid detection" shall be implemented.
4. For Iraqis who have lived abroad, they must have negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when they enter Iraq, and 1 nucleic acid test should be conducted within 48 hours after they arrive at their residence, and 1 nucleic acid test should be conducted after home health monitoring 14 days.
5. For Iraqis who have lived in other provinces and cities, they must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours when entering Iraq, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arriving at their residence, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test after home health monitoring 14 days.
