For self, we must first learn to appreciate ourselves. Whether you are a towering tree or a grass, self-identity can be recognized by others. Second, learn to be kind to yourself. When we are angry, we should feel sorry for ourselves and don't let those nameless fires hurt us. This is the second semester of freshman year, and the course is still so tight that I can't help complaining to the teacher who arranged the course. But in psychology class, the atmosphere is not so serious, and everyone is always relaxed, probably because the teacher is a psychology major and knows us teenagers better. The teacher is a very young and beautiful female teacher, perhaps because of the small age gap, so we can be closer to her.

First, I have to admit a mistake. As a psychologist, my own psychological knowledge is still too lacking to fulfill my duties.
