If you lose your health certificate, you have an electronic record. The health certificate has an electronic version. You can apply for an electronic health certificate through the local Center for Disease Control and Prevention or official website, the health administrative department, on your mobile phone. If you need to reissue it, you can also bring your personal ID card and two one-inch color photos to the local disease prevention and control center or get approval from the health administrative department.
