What are the conditions for parents of the only child (two daughters) in rural Shaanxi to apply for residents' medical insurance subsidies?

The rural only child, parents with two female households and persons with children under 18 years old who apply for residents' medical insurance subsidies shall meet the following conditions:

(1) I am a registered permanent residence of rural residents in Shaanxi Province or a member of rural collective economic organizations.

(two) no violation of national and provincial family planning laws, regulations and policies.

(three) one child or two girls or children have died and have no children.

(four) the one-child parents receive the "one-child parents honor certificate".
