Are white-collar workers a high-risk group of sub-health?

"Get a high salary, drive a sports car and live in a good house", white-collar workers are the envy of many people. Unfortunately, how many people know the truth about their health? Long-term physical exhaustion made them stand on the cliff from sub-health to disease.

There is a jingle: "eat well and have less nutrition;" Drink more and eat less; Laugh more and have less fun; Stay in hotels more and go home less; It seems to be a race with a bull. Who knows when his heart will be lonely? "Eat more and have less nutrition;": Laugh more and have less fun; Stay in hotels more and go home less. "The intense pace of work and life has made these a portrayal of white-collar life. White-collar workers who do mental work are at high risk of "sub-health".

Ms. Zhou, just 30 years old, is the backbone of the department in the unit and a virtuous wife at home, running inside and outside. But in recent days, she began to obviously feel that something was wrong. Not only does she have irregular menstruation, but she often feels weak and listless at work. Looking at myself in front of the mirror, I obviously feel sallow, my skin is slack, and I have obvious nose grooves and head lines. The whole person looks much older than his actual age.

Nervous work, great pressure and disorderly life rules can easily lead to physical and psychological fatigue of white-collar workers. According to the survey, about 75% of senior intellectuals and more than 85% of enterprise managers in Shenyang are in sub-health or chronic fatigue. Among them, the sub-health state becomes clear after middle age, and1people aged 8 to 40 show a slow upward trend with age. After the age of 40, the proportion of potential diseases suddenly rises, and more and more people have obvious symptoms around the age of 55. Moreover, some patients with chronic diseases, although temporarily relieved by treatment, are by no means completely healthy.

A research institute conducted a questionnaire survey on the health status of white-collar workers in Beijing. Survey * * * Received 2600 questionnaires. 90% of the respondents are office workers aged 20-40, and the survey results are not optimistic. Statistics show that less than 5% of white-collar workers think they are physically and mentally healthy, and 95% of white-collar office workers have more or less "sub-health" symptoms. For example, 74% of the respondents have poor memory, forgetfulness, inattention and unresponsiveness; 93% of the respondents have sleep disorders, such as insomnia, dreaminess, easy to wake up, etc. 94% of the respondents have physical fatigue symptoms such as general aches, weakness, stiff neck and shoulders, dizziness, numbness of hands and feet; 88% of the respondents have decreased immunity, such as frequent colds, coughs, fever, infection, slow recovery after illness and diarrhea. 79% people have mental health problems of different degrees, such as reluctance to contact and communicate with others, love sarcasm, love suspicion and so on.

These symptoms seriously plague white-collar office workers and bring a lot of inconvenience to their work and life. So why are white-collar workers easy to be in a "sub-health" state?

The main reason is overwork, including physical fatigue and psychological fatigue. Long-term accumulation of mental stress and brain overload prevent brain cells from supplementing oxygen and nutrition in time, causing endocrine dysfunction, excessive excitement of sympathetic nervous system and imbalance of autonomic nervous system, leading to brain fatigue, thus causing systemic "sub-health" symptoms. Secondly, lack of exercise is also a very important inducement. Because of the tight work, white-collar workers often travel by car, sit for a long time at work and work overtime after work, so white-collar workers often have no time to exercise. Over time, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, immune diseases and cervical diseases will appear. In addition, the working environment of white-collar workers also has a great influence. The work of white-collar office workers is inseparable from computers almost all the time. Long-term use of computer will cause vision loss, joint injury, radiation injury, head and shoulder pain, autonomic nerve disorder, depression, arteriosclerosis psychosis and so on.
