Giving full play to the role of the people in the construction of anti-corruption and building a clean government will have a multiplier effect. Party member cadres live among the masses. Their words and deeds, merits and demerits, diligent and honest, the masses know best and have the most say. We should not only focus on supervising the performance of party member cadres in our unit, but also pay attention to supervising the performance of party member cadres in the society. Through letters and visits, telephone reports and other forms, we exposed and reported violations of discipline and law, actively participated in the party's anti-corruption struggle, and there were many reports of signatures, leading cadres, key departments and major issues, which provided important clues for investigating violations of discipline and law, and made the anti-corruption construction continuously achieve phased results. The support and participation of the masses have played an important role. First, the channels for the masses to participate in the anti-corruption struggle are not wide and smooth. The anti-corruption struggle is in a spontaneous state to a great extent, far from forming a situation in which the masses actively participate in the anti-corruption struggle. Many people believe that the anti-corruption struggle is a matter for the party and the government, and their own strength is small, so they can't play much role in the anti-corruption struggle. Only when they touch personal interests or form hatred will they try their best to report it. Especially in some cases that do not affect the specific interests of individuals, it is even more impossible to talk about it. Therefore, it is not active in action. In some places, it is impossible to seriously accept and timely check all kinds of problems reflected by letters and visits from the masses, to start inner-party supervision procedures, and to turn the supervision of the masses into the supervision of party organizations. It is impossible to effectively protect citizens' rights of criticism, suggestions, complaints, etc., and it is difficult to guarantee the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in supervision. In some places, the phenomenon of non-compliance with the law, lax enforcement and impunity is quite prominent, especially in cases involving leading cadres, the phenomenon of non-conviction or light sentence for felony is very obvious. In some places, the leadership of the party and government is "sacred and inviolable", and the masses cannot speak, discuss, and have no "right to express". If their words are slightly disrespectful, they will be regarded as a big transgression and persecuted. Corruption cases are most likely to be covered up when those in power have the idea of "official standard" and the masses have no discussion or praise on leadership freedom. The existence of these problems and phenomena is extremely unfavorable to the deepening of the current anti-corruption struggle. On the one hand, it will seriously hurt the people's anti-corruption enthusiasm and affect the people's understanding and judgment of the party and government's anti-corruption struggle; On the other hand, it will also seriously hinder the healthy development of the anti-corruption struggle. The struggle against corruption is arduous and complicated, which is related to the life and death of the party and the country. To win this political struggle, Qi Xin must work together and give full play to the enthusiasm of leaders at all levels and the broad masses of the people.

As long as we trust and fully rely on the people, speak freely, listen to the people's voices, observe and understand the people's feelings, and actively adopt opinions and suggestions from all sides, we can find a good way to fight corruption in the new period. 2. First of all, we should actively mobilize the masses, use all effective means and methods, strengthen publicity and education, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, make the masses consciously proceed from their own reality, actively participate in the anti-corruption struggle, listen to the voices of the masses through telephone reports, visits, unannounced visits, letters and visits, the Internet, e-mail, SMS and other channels, understand the honesty and self-discipline of leading cadres, and be good at finding problem clues and valuable clues from them.
