How about growing mint at home?

Breeding in the bedroom is not recommended. Mint contains peppermint oil, menthol, menthone and other ingredients, which will give off a certain irritating smell and have a refreshing effect on the human body. Moreover, the bedroom is a place to rest at night, so putting mint in the bedroom may affect the quality of sleep at night.

Especially some people who suffer from respiratory diseases or are sensitive to smells may have symptoms of respiratory discomfort. Breeding in the bedroom is not recommended, but can be placed in the living room or study. Its green form can also alleviate visual fatigue to a certain extent, and the aromatic smell also has the effect of refreshing the brain.

Seeds of mint can be planted after flowering. Mint is not difficult to grow, but it is too easy to grow. It is an aromatic crop, and the cool fragrance of mint is particularly strong, so it can be used to make tea. If you make tea, you can use fresh leaves or dry leaves. Mint is particularly adaptable to the environment and is cultivated all over the country. Its roots grow underground and can't freeze to death at the low temperature of-15 degrees. Hybridization is particularly fierce, at 20-30 degrees.

Peppermint can be planted by direct seeding, rooting or cuttage, and the latter two methods can survive faster. When transplanting, the rhizomes are dug up, and the rhizomes with strong and short internodes and no diseases are selected as seed roots, which are cut into small pieces with a length of 7- 10cm, and then furrowed at a row spacing of 25cm, with a trench depth of 10cm. The seed roots are obliquely placed in the ditch according to the plant spacing of 10cm, covered with fine soil, compacted and watered. If a friend has mint at home, you can pinch a few branches, plant them in a flowerpot, pour water on them and put them in a place with astigmatism and ventilation. In a week or so, the roots will grow out and you can maintain them normally.

Don't lack water and light when planting mint. It grows very fast. Don't keep it in the yard, because soon, the stalks of mint will be covered with small mint, which will grow all over the yard every year, and it is difficult to remove it.
