Health terminology-Qi Yi

Su Wenzhi's treatise on Jane: "If the pathogenesis is examined and there is no loss of qi, it is also called." Pathogenesis, that is, the mechanism of disease occurrence, development and change, includes etiology, disease nature, disease location, disease potential, viscera, qi and blood, changes of excess and deficiency and its mechanism. Getting qi refers to the corresponding internal relationship between five movements and six qi and diseases.

"Investigate its pathogenesis, that is, we should carefully and deeply examine the pathological mechanism of the disease, and don't violate the law of six qi governing the time when treating it. These two sentences emphasize the importance of "pathogenesis" and "appropriate qi" in syndrome differentiation and treatment. " "Pathogenesis" is the root of the occurrence and change of diseases and the main basis of clinical treatment, so we must carefully check and master the pathogenesis of diseases when making diagnosis and treatment. "Appropriate Qi" refers to the law that six qi dominate the time, which has an important influence on diseases and is one of the bases of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, so we should not violate the law of six qi when diagnosing and treating diseases. As Zhang Jiebin said, "Disease follows pneumatics. It is necessary to examine its opportunities and treat them properly, and it is appropriate to lose gas. "

Xu Jialu once wrote an inscription: "Confucianism, Taoism, Qi and Huang come down in one continuous line, and coordinate the balance between subject and object. Both Sichuan and Xi are seeking new skills, and this road is continuous. " The cultivation of self-cultivation in TCM is nothing more than seeking a harmonious balance between the internal and external environment of the human body, that is, the three Yin San yang, the main body and the six qi. We can see that most chapters of Neijing are talking repeatedly about the problem of five movements and six qi, that is, whether the external qi is appropriate or not. This paper focuses on seven essays of Su Wen, accounting for two-thirds of Su Wen's content. For example, Su Wenliu and Jacky's Masterpiece said: "If you control your luck, you will be overwhelmed by praise, and you will definitely break your depressed spirit. You will take the source first, and you will not be born after the violence. You can't stand the rigor. " This shows that your luck is out of date, so you should restrain yourself and cultivate a sense of luck restraint. "It is necessary to break the depressed qi, enrich its source, praise its luck, and not make evil prevail", which means to break its depressed qi, enrich its source, sponsor its unsuccessful luck, and not make invincible evil prevail.
