In 20001year, the International Labour Organization (ILO) officially designated April 28th as "World Labor Safety and Health Day" and made it the official memorial day of the United Nations.
The idea of setting up World Safety and Health Day at Work originated from Labor Day. Memorial Day was first initiated by American and Canadian workers in 1989. It commemorates the dead and wounded workers on April 28th every year. The International Confederation of Free Trade Unions and the Global Confederation of Trade Unions have developed it into a global activity and expanded its scope to every workplace.
The importance of safe production:
Safety in production is an important guarantee for the development of enterprises, which is an important concept we implement in production and operation. Enterprise is a cell in the social family. Only by doing a good job in safety production and ensuring the safety of one party can we promote the stability of the social environment and create a good development environment for enterprises.
Safety in production is an important part of enterprise culture construction. Safety is the most important and basic demand of human beings and the basic guarantee of human life and health. All life and production activities originate from the existence of life.
If people lose their lives, there is no way to survive, and life will lose its meaning. If a person is disabled by accident and suffers from occupational diseases due to occupational hazards, then his or her quality of life will definitely be greatly reduced.
