The basis of diet is staple food, and staple food cannot be less. If normal people do not have staple food for energy supply, on the one hand, the efficiency of brain operation will be greatly reduced, on the other hand, the human body will also start burning muscles for energy supply, leading to muscle loss. Over time, people will become weak and have no energy.

For people with abnormal blood sugar, such as diabetics, if they don't eat staple food, the body will burn a lot of fat to generate heat, thus producing a lot of ketone bodies, which may lead to serious ketoacidosis.

What are the staple foods?

Experts suggest that adult men should consume 200-300 grams of staple food every day, and adult women should consume 150-200 grams of staple food every day.

Red meat

Eating too little red meat makes you feel tired easily.

As far as China people's physique is concerned, adults should consume 50-100g of raw red meat every day.

The total amount of fat needed by human body every day is about 60-80g, which is equivalent to 30ml of edible oil, plus 1-2 pieces of red meat or 3-4 pieces of white meat.

If you eat too much sugar, your blood sugar will rise, which will lead to an increase in insulin secreted by your body. When the level of insulin in the blood is high, people will easily feel tired.

On the other hand, if you eat too much sugar, people will consume too many B vitamins to metabolize sugar, which will lead to the disorder of the whole energy metabolism chain and fatigue.

Experts remind: sugar is a pure energy food and does not contain any nutrients. Healthy adults eat no more than 25 grams of sugar per person every day.

Note: Eat sugar with a sense of balance, with a cycle of 7 days, and it is best not to exceed 25 grams of sugar on average every day.
