How many hours can sleep time be compressed to the maximum?

I sleep for about five hours now, or more than six hours. Of course, I am a very ordinary person, a 26-year-old woman.

Generally, I go to bed at 12 o'clock, sometimes I wake up after 4 o'clock, sometimes after 5 o'clock, and no more than 6: 30 at most.

There is no habit of taking a nap. Of course, I suggest taking a 20-minute nap.

I have been full of energy all day. People are different, but I used to sleep well. Since I realized that sleeping is a waste of time, I trained myself for a period of time, gave up the habit of taking a nap and became a regular exercise.

So it's what it is now.

I think five hours a day should be the limit for me. The quality of sleep is really critical. My sleep quality is very good, that is to say, I sleep deeply. Unless you don't sleep well for a while before menstruation, you will feel heavy as long as you fall asleep the rest of the time.

About training. When I was in college, I always had the habit of taking a nap. One day in class, a teacher complained that college students nowadays are too delicate and take a nap every day. After work, the boss just wants to exploit you until you consider taking a nap. It was about that time that I began to consciously want to quit taking a nap.

Later, I had enough time to take a nap at work, so this habit came back, but there were too many things to do every day and I felt that I didn't have enough time, so I began to train myself.

It was hard to support at first, so I tried to drink coffee. A cup of Starbucks this week, I can be so excited that I can't sleep at midnight. So you don't have to take a nap without coffee.

The whole time took almost two months.

Now I get up at 6 o'clock in the morning (but wake up earlier), go to bed at 12 in the evening, and I don't have to sleep for a day. I'm still quite satisfied. So you can have a try, but I still support getting enough sleep. Some people really can't do it and don't have to. They are happy when they are in a good mood.
