How to manage children's height?
Regardless of the disease factors, how tall a person can eventually grow is mainly determined by two factors: one is the internal biological factor, and the other is the external environmental factor of human growth. Internal biological factors are genetic, while external environmental factors refer to children's sleep status, nutritional status, exercise status and so on. Medical research shows that 70% of a person's height is determined by genetic factors, and the other 30% is determined by external factors. Learning and using it flexibly means "seven points are doomed to heaven, and three points depend on management".
Genetic factors are innate and we can't change them. However, if 30% of the external environment acts in the direction of promoting height and exploring children's maximum growth potential, it is generally believed that environmental factors can increase a child's adult height by more than 5 cm on the basis of genetic height.
The management of children's height refers to the comprehensive and scientific management of external environmental factors affecting children's height, measurement and evaluation of children's height, disease prevention, diet and nutrition, exercise and sleep, etc., so as to promote the normal development and healthy growth of children's height.
