What are the four criteria for a healthy scalp?

The scalp is relaxed and not tight.

Modern people have great pressure in life, nervous, and the scalp is easy to be in a tight state. Scalp tightness generally comes from mental fatigue, lack of sleep, or emotional tension. In short, scalp tension mostly comes from mental stress. As long as the scalp is not tight, pressing the scalp is not particularly sensitive to stimulation, indicating that the scalp is still healthy.

No obvious dandruff can be seen with the naked eye.

Dandruff is the normal metabolic product of the scalp, the secretion product of keratinocytes shed from the scalp, and contains certain oil. Under normal circumstances, oil can't be seen clearly, but under some stimulation, immature keratinocytes will be produced in large quantities, agglomerate and fall off, forming what we often call dandruff. Therefore, as long as you wash your hair normally for 1-2 days, you can't see dandruff, which is basically normal.

Scalp itching is also related to dandruff. Scalp itching is caused by the destruction of scalp flora. If left untreated, it will cause imbalance of oil and metabolism, leaving the whole scalp in a state of disorder. Under normal circumstances, the scalp is normal and there is no special itching.
