Close contacts refer to people who have close contact with suspected cases and confirmed cases but have not taken effective protection 2 days before symptoms appear or 2 days before asymptomatic infected persons are sampled.
I. Management measures
Close contacts shall be subject to "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation", with red team management during centralized isolation and red team management during home isolation, and shall not go out.
Second, about home isolation requirements
Personal health monitoring
It is not allowed to go out during the observation period of home isolation medicine, and the community organizes sampling personnel to collect at home and push the nucleic acid test results in time. Medical observers in home isolation should conduct temperature measurement and self-health monitoring once every morning and evening, cooperate with the staff to complete nucleic acid detection and antigen self-test according to relevant prevention and control requirements, and report the monitoring and testing results to the community medical observation management personnel on their own initiative.
During the 3-day home isolation, 1 nucleic acid was detected on the 3rd day and the 3rd day respectively. During medical observation, if there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, hypoesthesia and diarrhea. Community management personnel shall promptly report to the local health administrative department and the disease control institutions under their jurisdiction. If it is really necessary to go out for medical treatment, a special car can be arranged only after the approval of the local community medical observation and management personnel, and personal protection should be done, and closed-loop management should be implemented.
Medical observation on lifting home isolation. After the expiration of home isolation medical observation, those whose nucleic acid test results are negative and have no abnormal symptoms can be released from home isolation medical observation after community verification and receiving the notice of releasing home isolation medical observation.
Other requirements
Home isolation medical observers had better live alone; If conditions do not allow, choose a well-ventilated room in the house as an isolation room, keep it relatively independent, and place tables, stools, etc. in the isolation room as the handover point of non-contact transfer items. Persons with home isolation conditions should strictly implement relevant requirements during home isolation, and those without home isolation conditions should still implement centralized isolation.
The daily life and diet of non-single residents should be confined to the isolation room as far as possible, and other people should try not to enter the isolation room. You don't need to wear a mask when you are in the isolation room, but you should wear a mask when you leave the isolation room.
