I belong to that habit that is particularly difficult to fall asleep. I don't know when I got stuck. In order to fall asleep, I have to listen to the sound of "families with children" with my ipad on. When you are in a good state, you will fall asleep after playing one episode or so, and when you are in a bad state, you will not be able to sleep after playing three or four episodes. To tell you the truth, I have watched these two TV plays hundreds of times, and the lines are simply memorized. Later, I chose to listen to the radio.
Anyway, when I made up my mind to adjust my biological clock, I happened to see someone recommending sleep fudge, so I immediately entered it. The point is that it is not as bad as medicine, but it is delicious. I usually take two tablets at eight or nine o'clock in the evening, and then 1 1 my head starts to get a little heavy and my eyelids are a little hard to open. Then I lay in bed for a while and fell asleep. I have eaten for several months, and now I go to bed at about eleven o'clock every night. I am a person who can be very tired but can't get up early. I have to sleep until ten o'clock at the earliest every morning, sometimes until eleven o'clock, but I can still fall asleep at eleven o'clock in the evening. I'm so happy!
Another advantage of this is that there is no dependence, and I haven't had any side effects in recent months. There should be many people who are worried that they can't sleep after dinner and that they can't get up in the morning. Not at all. I hope the little fairies with insomnia can have a good sleep and sleep beautifully every night.
