1. What is an international health certificate?
1 Anyone who goes abroad for study, further study, business, technical cooperation, visiting relatives, working or emigrating (residing abroad) must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination, vaccination or international travel health care consultation. After passing the physical examination, you need to issue the International Travel Health Certificate and the International Travel Vaccination Certificate before leaving the country, and take them with you for inspection.

Returnees who have lived abroad for more than three months; Overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners who have been approved to live or work in China must go to the local international travel health care center for health examination within one month after their entry. Second, how to handle the international health certificate?

The first object of health examination
(1) Personnel engaged in catering industry at frontier ports and on inbound and outbound means of transport;
(2) Traffic practitioners who frequently enter and leave the country;
(3) Persons who have stayed in foreign countries for more than 1 year or have gone abroad at home for more than 1 year, such as international students, advanced students, those engaged in business and technical cooperation, visiting relatives, exporting labor services, aiding foreign countries, etc.
Those involved in the above items (2) and (3) should do a good job in publicity and voluntarily accept medical examination.
Article 2 Health examination items and specific measures
(1) Personnel and means of transportation in the food and drinking water industries at frontier ports shall be implemented in accordance with Article 19 of the Measures for Health Supervision at Frontier Ports;
(2) Check the personnel who have passed the physical examination according to the items specified in the Health Checklist (annex 1);
(3) Give priority to the physical examination and certification of transportation practitioners and passengers who want to leave the country in the near future, and make an appointment for inspection;
(four) after the completion of the health examination, the international travel health certificate shall be issued according to the examination results and the prescribed style (Annex 2). The certificate shall be carefully filled in according to the specified items, with neat and correct fonts and the photos stamped with the specified seal (Annex 3);
(five) those suffering from hypertension and heart disease can truthfully fill in the certificate. No health certificate will be issued to those who are found to have quarantinable infectious diseases, leprosy, open tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, mental illness and mental retardation;
(6) A person who holds a medical certificate from a hospital at or above the county level and whose medical examination items meet the requirements may issue an international health certificate; If the project is incomplete, it should be replaced after inspection; Where a forged, altered or unqualified medical certificate is found, the International Travel Health Certificate will not be renewed;
(7) After the issuance or renewal of the International Travel Health Certificate, the physical examination form and laboratory report shall be kept in the archives of the health and quarantine organ. If the customer requests, you can send a copy to the customer and charge a certain handling fee.
